Prime Locations, Inc. has two Certified Property Managers on its team. They bring years of experience to the table in all facets of management and the insight to improve the bottom line of every property that we manage. The properties that are in Prime's portfolio are office and retail buildings, residential multi-family complexes and light industrial buildings. Prime Locations, Inc. manages about 500,000 square feet of commercial space and about 1500 multifamily units in Thurston, Mason and Lewis Counties. Portfolio of assets under management is approximately $175 million.
