The properties that are in Prime’s portfolio are office and retail buildings, residential multi-family complexes and light industrial buildings. Prime Locations, Inc. manages about 750,000 square feet of commercial space and about 1200 multifamily units in Thurston, Mason and Lewis Counties. Portfolio of assets under management is approximately $250 million.
