The properties that are in Prime's portfolio are office and retail buildings, residential multi-family complexes and light industrial buildings. Prime Locations, Inc. is centrally located between Seattle and Portland/ Vancouver. PLI was formed in 1988 by its principals, Dean Questi, Jeff Powell and Priscilla Terry, who are Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) and/or Certified Property Managers (CPM), with many years of experience in their fields. PLI, Inc manages about 750,000 square feet of commercial space and about 1500 multifamily units in Thurston, Mason and Lewis Counties. Portfolio of assets under management is approximately: $250 million.

Priscilla is the broker for Prime Locations, Inc. She has been in the business since 1978. She owns a diversified portfolio of real estate, stocks and bonds, and is a firm believer that economic viability should be the driver of any real estate investment. She understands the Thurston County market from the ground up, and is involved on a regular basis with the local jurisdictions and with other business owners. She also is a director and founder of South Sound Bank, and in on the executive committee of Providence St. Peter Hospital Community Board, currently serving as president. Mrs. Terry serves regularly on several 'ad hoc' committees and task forces where her land use and business expertise is useful. She writes a newsletter which may be read on this website.

Dean is a partner with Prime Locations Inc. and has been involved in real estate for over 25 years. Dean holds two designations relating to the industry, Certified Property Manager and Certified Commercial Investment Member. He oversees the management side of the company consisting of approximately 1500 multifamily units and 500,000 square feet of office, retail, and warehouse space.

Jeff Powell is one of the Prime Locations Inc.’s three partners. Jeff has been instrumental in the management and growth of Prime Locations. He is a Certified Property manager and a member of the Washington Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Jeff is also the managing partner and general contractor for Prime Development Group LLC.

Liz Myers, Sales & Leasing Agent
Liz Myers has recently joined Prime Locations, Inc. as a sales and leasing agent. She has lived in Thurston County and been in private business for 35 years. Her commitment to giving exceptional service and her connections within the business community give her a great understanding of the commercial market. Liz has also just been appointed to the Thurston County Planning Commission.

Zach Kosturos, Sales & Leasing Agent
Zach Kosturos is Prime Locations' newest sales and leasing agent. Zach was instrumental in the launching and development of a successful startup company in the real estate industry over the last three years and is excited about the transition into commercial real estate. He grew up in Olympia, went to college at Washington State University and now lives in Tumwater with his wife Kristine.

Connie joined Prime Locations in January 2006 bringing with her 19 years of experience in Commercial & Residential Real Estate. Her expertise consists of managing retail shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks and multi-family complexes. Her philosophy is to provide her clients with the highest standards of customer service while maximizing the value of your investments.

Julie LaRocque, Residential Property Manager
Julie comes to Prime Locations with 17 years of residential property managment. Much of her experience comes from working with Public Housing programs, Section 8 and Tax Credit properties. Julie has a wide range of experience with turning around troubled properties and leasing new properties.

Tammy Bailey, Residential Property Manager
Tammy recently joined Prime Locations with experience in many different areas relating to commercial real estate including: Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper and Property Manager for multi-family and commercial properties. Tammy’s portfolio now consists of multi-family properties in Lewis, Mason and Thurston counties. Tammy was raised in the Olympia area and resides here today with her husband and two dogs. She loves taking road trips and riding her quad.

Mary Baldwin, Property Management Administrative Assistant
Mary joined Prime Locations in 2005 as an Administrative Assistant to the Property Management team. Her duties include supporting the property managers and other office staff with the day to day management of the commercial and residential properties as well as other office tasks. Mary received her real estate license in April of 2006 and a BA degree from Western Washington University in 2002. She has lived most of her life in the Olympia/Lacey area and now resides in Lacey.
